🖍️ Can I choose specific color palettes?
Yes! You can list your preferred HEX codes or general vibe (ex: warm earth tones, retro brights, Scandinavian neutrals) in the spreadsheet. If you’re not sure, I can generate a complementary palette based on your theme.
📐 What sizes or ratios will the wall art be?
You’ll choose your preferred ratio (2:3, 3:4, 4:3, 1:1, or 16:9) on the order form. I’ll generate your images in that aspect so they can be resized easily for common frame dimensions.
💬 Can these designs include text-based quotes?
Absolutely! You can provide the quote or phrase you want on each design in the spreadsheet. Or, if you’d rather I do the writing — just select the add-on for curated, copyright-free quote creation.
🖼️ Will the designs be ready to upload to Etsy or Creative Fabrica?
Not quite — the images are delivered in their raw PNG format, exactly as they’re generated by Ideogram. They are not upscaled, edited, or post-processed. This gives you full control over how you prep them for your chosen platform (resizing, sharpening, or tweaking color if needed). Many of my customers prefer it this way, so they can apply their own brand polish or use the images across different products and ratios.
💳 Do I have to pay right away?
Nope! First, you fill out the order request form and wait for approval (usually within 1 business day). If I approve your order, I’ll send you a custom invoice for a 50% deposit — that’s when payment is required to reserve your spot and start the work. The final balance is due only after your previewed designs are ready to go.
