1️⃣ How do I place an order, and do I have to pay upfront?
Orders start with a free request form — no payment required until your request is approved.
2️⃣ What exactly do I get when I order a batch of images?
You’ll get raw PNGs along with a spreadsheet of the prompts I used and ‘Magic Prompts’ from Ideogram.
3️⃣ Are the images I receive exclusive to me?
Not exactly. The images I generate for you are custom to your request — but they’re not technically exclusive. Here’s why: Ideogram allows other users to generate their own content using similar prompts, and because it’s AI, the results might end up looking similar (or even identical) to yours. For example, let’s say you ask for a t-shirt design that says:
“Coffee Before Chaos” with a retro sunburst and smiley face...
You’ll get a unique batch of images based on my prompt work. But someone else, somewhere in the world, could type something similar into Ideogram and generate a design that look like yours, even if it’s not copied directly. So while I don’t reuse or resell the designs I make for you, I also can’t guarantee total exclusivity — and neither can Ideogram. That’s just the nature of how AI tools work right now.
4️⃣ Can I resell the images as-is in clipart packs, bundles, or marketplaces?
Yes, absolutely. You're free to use and sell the images however you want — no license restrictions here.
5️⃣ Do I get to review the images before I pay the final balance?
Yes. You’ll receive a watermarked preview gallery before the final invoice is due.
6️⃣ Are revisions or changes offered if I don’t like the images?
No revisions are offered. If I made a clear mistake, I’ll give you a discount on a future order — otherwise, I do my best based on the info you provide.
7️⃣ Can I mix styles, topics, or audiences in one order?
Definitely — just make it clear in your spreadsheet and I’ll sort your designs accordingly.
8️⃣ Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes, but only for Starter Tier orders. Add-on is +$75 for delivery in 5 business days.
9️⃣ Will the images be formatted for print or come with bleed/sizing adjustments?
No. All images are raw PNGs and not formatted for any specific platform — you’ll need to resize or format as needed after delivery.
🔟 What types of content do you not allow?
I don’t accept requests for explicit content, hate speech, or political extremism. Also, Ideogram has built-in filters that block certain prompts, which I can’t override.
🧾General Ordering Questions
💬 How do I place an order?
All orders start by filling out an order request form for the design type you need. You’ll find it at the bottom of each service page (T-shirts, Wall Art, etc.).
It’s completely free to submit and just gives me the info I need to decide if your request is a good fit.
💳 Do I need to pay upfront?
Nope! You don’t pay anything when submitting your form. If your request is approved, I’ll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit and a link to download your matching spreadsheet.
Work only starts after the deposit is paid and your spreadsheet is submitted.
🚫 Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes — minimum order is 100 images, no exceptions. My services are designed for bulk creators and digital sellers who need volume, so I don’t offer single designs or small orders.
🕵️♀️ What happens after I submit an order request?
I’ll review your form within 1 business day. If approved, you’ll get:
✓ A custom invoice
✓ A design spreadsheet to fill out
✓ Instructions for the next steps
If I’m not able to take the order, I’ll let you know why — sometimes it’s content that is prohibited on Ideogram, or something outside my current skill set.
😬 What if I don’t know exactly what I want yet?
No worries — that’s where the creative add-ons come in. If you’re stuck on text ideas or unsure about what visuals to request, you can select the add-on for text writing or visual concept planning. I’ll handle the creative thinking so you don’t have to.
🖼️ Image Quality + File Delivery
📦 Are the images print-ready?
Not exactly. The images are delivered in their raw PNG format straight from Ideogram — which means they’re not upscaled, not retouched, and not adjusted to specific DPI requirements. If you're printing, you may need to resize or process them further using your own tools.
🔍 Will the images be upscaled or edited?
Nope. I don’t offer any post-processing, upscaling, or cleanup. That’s because every generation on Ideogram already costs credits, and I’d rather keep the cost down for you than charge extra for AI upscaling that might distort the design anyway.
🖼️ What format are the images delivered in?
You’ll receive all files in .png format, delivered in a downloadable .zip folder. If you request folder sorting, I’ll organize them by theme, style, or whatever makes sense for your order.
🧠 Do I get the prompts used to create the images?
Yes — I’ll send you a spreadsheet with all the Ideogram prompts used to generate your images. That way, you can repurpose the concepts later, reference your favorite styles, or even experiment on your own if you want.
🗂️ Will I receive layered or editable files like PSDs?
No, I only deliver flat PNGs. These are generated directly from Ideogram, and there’s no way to extract editable layers or text like you would in Photoshop. If you want to add layers later, you can use tools like Canva or Photoshop on your end.
🛠️ Customization + Creative Direction
🎨 Can I choose the font style, colors, or layout?
You can definitely give me direction! If you want “retro bubble letters” or “thin serif script,” I’ll do my best to guide Ideogram in that direction.
Just know that because the text is part of the image generation, it won’t be exact — but it’ll vibe with what you ask for.
✍️ Can I submit my own text for each design?
Yes — and that’s the most efficient way to work! After your order is approved, you’ll get a spreadsheet where you can list the exact text you want on each design.
If you don’t have text ready, you can add the optional content creation add-on and I’ll write it for you.
💡 What if I want you to come up with the ideas for me?
That’s what the text + visual concept add-ons are for. If you select that during your order, I’ll come up with themed quotes, phrases, and image ideas based on your niche or target audience. You can sit back and let me take care of the creative part.
🌀 Can I mix styles or niches in the same order?
Absolutely. You’ll just need to organize your spreadsheet by theme or category so I know what goes where. If you want your final images sorted into folders (like “funny,” “boho,” “holiday”), I can do that too — just let me know.
👀 Do I get to review the designs before final delivery?
Yes! When your batch is ready, I’ll send you watermarked preview images so you can take a look. Once you pay the final balance, I’ll send you the download link to access your full image set in .zip format.
💰Pricing + Add-Ons
💸 How are the pricing tiers structured?
All my services are based on how many Ideogram generations you need. One generation = 4 images. So if you order 300 generations, you’ll get 1200 images.
The tiers are:
Starter → $300 for up to 300 generations (1200 images)
Pro → $500 for up to 500 generations (2000 images)
Studio → $1000 for up to 1000 generations (4000 images)
🔁 What exactly is a “generation”?
It’s the term Ideogram uses when you create a batch of images from one prompt. Every generation gives 4 image variations, so even if you’re ordering 300 generations, you’re actually getting 1200 raw PNGs.
🧠 What’s included in the text and visual concept add-on?
If you don’t have time to come up with catchy quotes or imagery ideas, this add-on means I’ll do that for you. I’ll research what’s trending for your niche, write all the text, and decide what visuals make sense to go with them — so your spreadsheet is handled.
🚀 Is there a rush option?
Yes — but only for the Starter Tier. For an extra $75, I’ll deliver your full batch in 5 business days instead of the standard 10. Rush isn’t available for the larger tiers because they take more time and credits to complete.
✂️ What if I want each clipart image delivered separately?
Each clipart set includes up to 9 images arranged together on one PNG sheet by default. If you want me to separate and save each image as its own individual PNG, that takes extra time — so here’s the breakdown by tier:
Starter Tier (up to 300 sets): +$75
Pro Tier (up to 500 sets): +$125
Studio Tier (up to 1000 sets): +$200
This add-on covers naming, exporting, and organizing thousands of individual files into neatly labeled folders for you. Totally optional, but worth it if you want more flexibility with your designs.
⏱️ Turnaround Times + Delivery
📅 When does the turnaround clock start?
Your turnaround time starts 1 business day after I receive both your 50% deposit and your completed spreadsheet. If either of those is missing, your spot isn’t officially booked — so make sure both are submitted to lock it in.
⚡ Can I get my order faster?
Only if you’re ordering the Starter Tier (up to 300 generations). You can add Rush Delivery for +$75, and I’ll deliver your full batch in 5 business days instead of 10. Rush isn’t available for Pro or Studio orders — those just take longer due to the volume.
🧾 How long will it take to get my images?
That depends on your tier:
Starter → 10 business days
Pro → 15 business days
Studio → 30 business days
If you added the text/concept planning add-on, you can expect about 1 extra business day added upfront for creative prep.
🛑 What happens if you can’t complete my order on time?
If anything delays your order (which is rare), I’ll email you ASAP to let you know. Depending on the situation, I may offer a partial discount on your final balance or the option to cancel the remaining work — but I’ll always keep communication open.
📦 How will I receive my images?
Once your final payment is received, you’ll get a link to download your completed designs in a .zip folder. You’ll also get a spreadsheet of the prompts used, and — if requested — your images can be sorted into folders by theme, niche, or type.
🎨 Design-Specific Questions
🧢 T-Shirt Designs: Can I request designs made specifically for dark or light-colored apparel?
Yes — I actually ask you that on the order form. You can let me know if your designs will go on white, black, gray, or another shirt color, and I’ll adjust the prompt styling to make sure your graphics contrast well.
🖼️ Wall Art: Can I choose the aspect ratio or dimensions for my wall art designs?
Yup — you’ll be able to select a ratio like 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, or 1:1 on the order form. I’ll generate the art in that ratio so you can resize it later for standard print sizes (like 8x10", 16x20", etc.). The files are still raw PNGs, so you’ll have flexibility post-delivery.
🧾 Poster Art: Will the poster designs include vintage-style typography and layout?
Yes — that’s what poster art is all about. You’ll let me know which vintage style you want (like travel, movie, propaganda, groovy, etc.), and I’ll use prompts that mimic that genre’s layout, font styling, and visual tone. It won’t be pixel-perfect to real retro prints, but the vibe will be there.
💌 Greeting Cards: Will the designs be formatted for folded cards or flat cards?
All card designs are delivered as flat PNGs only. You can choose the layout direction (vertical, horizontal, square), but they won’t be pre-formatted for folding or print bleeds. If you’re planning to sell them, you can easily place them into print templates or Canva frames after.
✂️ Clipart Sets: How many images are included per sheet, and can I mix themes?
Each sheet includes up to 9 individual images. If you want to mix themes (like “fall icons,” “holiday sweets,” “planner girls”), that’s totally fine — just label each section in your spreadsheet and I’ll generate them accordingly. Add-on available if you want each image delivered separately.
📚 Book Covers: Can you generate both front and back covers for my book?
Yes — as long as you give me clear ratio details, I can create a flat image that includes both the front and back cover in one cohesive design. For example, if you're creating a square book, I can use a 21:11 ratio to mimic a wraparound layout.
You’ll still need to add the ISBN box and spine text later using your own tools, but I can absolutely generate the full visual foundation for you. Just be specific in your spreadsheet!
📌 Pinterest Pins: Can I use these pins for other platforms too?
Definitely. While the designs are optimized for Pinterest-style visuals, many customers also repurpose them for Instagram stories, product mockups, email headers, and digital ads. You get high-quality PNGs that work wherever you need them.
📸 Photorealistic Images: Will these look like real photographs or obvious AI art?
They’ll look very close to real photos — that’s the power of Ideogram’s photorealistic rendering. That said, you might still get subtle hints of AI generation (like weird hands or slightly off shadows), especially if the scene is complex. I do my best to avoid those with careful prompting.
💼 Licensing + Usage Rights
🛍️ Can I sell these images on platforms like Etsy or Creative Fabrica?
Yes — that’s exactly what they’re for. You can use the designs to create and sell physical or digital products, including t-shirts, mugs, wall prints, stickers, cards, journal pages, etc. Just remember: you're not buying exclusive ownership — you're licensing them for commercial use.
📸 Can I edit or modify the images?
Absolutely. Once you receive the PNGs, you’re free to crop, resize, recolor, overlay text, add mockups — whatever works for your product or platform. I actually encourage you to customize them further to match your brand vibe.
💼 Are these designs exclusive to me?
Not fully. The images I generate are unique to your prompts, but they’re not considered exclusive intellectual property.

🤖 Are the designs copyright-free or safe to use commercially?
I do my best to use non-branded, trend-aware prompts — but because these are AI-generated, I can’t make legal guarantees around copyright. If you’re in a high-risk niche, always double-check or modify designs before uploading.
🔄 Can I resell or redistribute the raw images as-is?
Yes. You're free to resell the PNGs in their original form as part of digital product listings, clipart packs, or graphic bundles. This is common practice in the printables and design asset space — I don’t restrict it. What you do with your final images is your business.
🚫 Refunds, Cancellations + Limitations
⁉️ I’m willing to pay a fee for Revisions, so why don’t you offer them?
Let me clarify my stance on ‘Revisions’. I don’t offer them for a fee because it’s the same time and labour involved - no different than if I had to do it from scratch.
Also, it opens up too many opportunities for abuse or deceit of people simply wanting more designs for a lower price. If they’re unsatisfied because of a clear error on my part, then I’ll give them a significant discount for a new order.
But if they don’t like the output, despite no errors on my part, then the best I can do is sympathize and explain that I did my best based on the information provided, and that AI-generations in general are never a sure thing.
I have to be careful not to short-change myself with the discounts or free do-overs because generating images costs money regardless.
❌ Can I cancel my order after submitting the request form?
Yes — you can cancel at any point before payment is made. Once your 50% deposit is paid and the spreadsheet is submitted, your spot is locked in and the workflow is officially underway. At that point, no cancellations are accepted.
💸 Do you offer refunds if I change my mind or don’t like the final images?
No. Once the deposit is paid and the work begins, refunds aren’t given. Image generation costs me both time and credits, so I can’t refund orders based on subjective dissatisfaction. I always do my best to follow your instructions closely and deliver what was agreed upon.
🧾 Do you offer revisions if I’m not happy with the results?
No revisions are offered, even for a fee. Each design batch takes time and credits to generate — so redoing images is basically the same as starting from scratch. If you're unhappy because of a clear mistake on my part, I’ll offer you a significant discount on a future order (typically around 30–40% off, depending on the scope).
If everything was generated according to your spreadsheet and preferences, but you still don’t love the results, I truly sympathize — but AI is never 100% predictable.
🚦 Are there any limitations on the types of designs you’ll accept?
Yes. I don’t accept requests that include:
❌ Hate speech or discriminatory content
❌ Realistic nudity or explicit sexual imagery
Inappropriate imagery or depiction of a child or children
❌ Politically extreme content (far-left (like “Anti-Conservative” or “Anti-Trump” imagery), far-right (like “Anti-Liberal” or “Anti-Democrat” imagery), conspiratorial, or violent messaging)
❌ Anything illegal, unethical, or meant to incite harm
Aside from my own boundaries, Ideogram also has built-in safety filters that automatically block certain prompts — so even if I wanted to generate it, their system might prevent it from happening. These policies are outside of my control, and I don’t try to bypass them.
If your request falls into one of these categories, I’ll politely decline the order and let you know why — no judgment, just keeping it clear.
