At Asha Creative Co., I take pride in delivering high-quality custom images tailored to your request using advanced AI tools and carefully crafted prompts. Since each order is made-to-spec and generated using a time- and credit-based system, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all purchases.

❌ Cancellations
Before Deposit is Paid:
You may cancel your order at any time before your 50% deposit is paid and your project spreadsheet is submitted. No questions asked.
After Deposit is Paid:
Once the deposit is received and the image generation process is underway, your order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled. Time, planning, and AI platform credits are spent immediately — which makes cancellations unworkable beyond this point.
🚫 Refunds
Due to the nature of AI-generated design work, all sales are final once work has started.
The start of all and any work, related to an approved order request, is confirmed by email after successfully receiving your 50% deposit.
Refunds will not be issued based on:
▪️ Personal dissatisfaction with the artistic outcome
▪️ A change of mind after deposit payment has been sent
▪️ Denial of receiving email(s) sent to the email address provided on the Order Form
▪️ Unexpected results despite accurate prompt execution
▪️ Platform limitations and/or technical issues (e.g., Ideogram's rendering problems)
I make every effort to deliver results that align with your submitted direction, but please understand that AI generations are never 100% predictable or editable after the fact.
🛠️ Errors or Oversights
If an error occurs due to my mistake (e.g., misinterpreting spreadsheet info or generating the wrong style), I’ll make it right by offering a significant discount on a future order — typically 30–40% off, depending on the situation.
If the results match your instructions but simply don’t meet your expectations, I truly empathize — but no refund or redo will be provided.
📩 Delivery Timeline Exceptions
I work hard to meet all turnaround times. In rare cases where delays occur (due to personal emergencies, platform outages, or heavy order volume), I’ll notify you as soon as possible. You may be offered:

▪️ A partial refund of your deposit
▪️ The option to cancel the remainder of your order before completion
