How Does It Work?

A simple 7-step process, built for clarity, speed, and custom results.

➊ Choose Your Design Type

Pick the type of image you need — t-shirts, wall art, greeting cards, Pinterest pins, photorealistic images... whatever your project calls for.

➋ Download the Spreadsheet Template

Each design type has its own Google Sheet template. Make a copy, fill it out with your creative details, and save it.

➌ Submit the Matching Order Form

Head to the matching order form, answer all of the questions, upload your completed spreadsheet, and submit it.

➍ Wait for Order Review

You’ll get an email within 1 business day letting you know if your order has been approved (or declined, if something’s missing or unclear). I’ll always be honest — better to clarify upfront than redo later.

➎ Pay the 50% Deposit

If your order is approved, I’ll send you an invoice. Your project starts one business day after the deposit is received.

➏ Preview Your Designs

Once complete, I’ll email you a watermarked preview of all your images — along with your final invoice.

➐ Pay the Balance & Get Your Files

You’ll have 5 business days to send the final payment. Once it’s in, I’ll deliver your full-resolution files (including the prompt data from Ideogram) in a tidy, zipped folder.
