💬 Can these cards include custom messages or puns?
Definitely. You can provide your own text (for the front and/or inside of each card) using the spreadsheet. If you’d rather I write the phrases based on the theme — just select the add-on and I’ll make sure the vibe matches your target customer.
🖼️ Are these cards flat or folded?
The designs are delivered as flat PNG files, which you can print as flat cards, folded cards, or digital cards — it’s totally up to how you want to use them. You control the formatting after delivery.
🧾 Will these be delivered in specific print sizes?
All cards will be created using the aspect ratio you choose (portrait, square, or landscape). They’re delivered as raw PNGs, so you can resize or crop them for A2, A6, 5x7", or whatever format your printer/platform requires.
📁 Can I request sorting by category or occasion?
Absolutely. Just let me know how you want them organized (ex: “Birthday,” “Thank You,” “Friendship,” “Funny”), and I’ll sort your final .zip file into folders so it’s easy to upload to your store or printer.
💳 Do I have to pay right away?
Nope! First, you fill out the order request form and wait for approval (usually within 1 business day). If I approve your order, I’ll send you a custom invoice for a 50% deposit — that’s when payment is required to reserve your spot and start the work. The final balance is due only after your previewed designs are ready to go.
